Harry Albert has over 25 years of experience in the collection industry. He is immediate past President of the Mid-Atlantic Collectors Association (MACA). Harry’s collection experience is expansive. He brings over 20 years in direct operations management of process engineering to his team including compliance, training, skip tracing, credit bureaus, collection strategies, work flows and dialers for both collections and outsourcing. Beginning as telephone collector, Harry quickly grew into the Divisional Collection Manager with the Associated Credit Bureau Services, Inc. and served as Senior Vice President of Collections at Kadent Corporation.
With over 20 years of experience, Tindy brings vast industry knowledge with a specific focus on insurance recovery, legal collections and operations. She built company processes and works closely with both customers and carriers to ensure optimal outcomes. In addition to her leadership role, Tindy is a former board member of the Mid-Atlantic Collectors Assocation (MACA). With a bachelors degree in psychology, Tindy's educational experience and background renders a unique approach to managing client relationships and operational efficency.
Jackie Rasool is a seasoned professional with 24 years of experience in collections, customer service, and the revenue cycle industry. She has a strong expertise in account management, dispute resolution, and customer relations, consistently delivering high-quality service and results. Known for her excellent communication and problem-solving skills, Jackie excels at building client relationships, negotiating solutions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Her commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction has established her as a trusted leader. Jackie joined MRS in 2010 as General Manager, where she oversees operations and serves as a key point of contact for clients.
Harry serves as a Project Manager specializing in client onboarding at Modern Recovery Solutions. With over 40 years of experience in revenue cycle management, Harry has held supervisory and director-level roles at three of the largest health systems in Southern Pennsylvania. Throughout his career, his main focus has been on self-pay revenue cycle management. Notably, Harry also led the onboarding of EPIC and their SBO product for an eight-hospital system and their affiliated physicians.
